In 1957, Donald J. George founded George Alarm Company, Inc., a firm specializing in commercial and residential alarm systems. Since that time, we have continuously expanded to offer a variety of security products and services.
In 1982, George Alarm added a Call Center to enhance its offerings to our alarm clients. It was the first Alarm Central Station in Springfield, IL and one of the first in Central Illinois.
In 2014, we acquired Lincoln Land Security and Answering Service to expand our existing offerings and client base.
Over the last several years, we have expanded our Call Center, adding advanced computer systems and software and increasing our staff to better serve our clients. We will continue to enhance our offerings to embrace the ever changing face of technology.
